"When asked to comment on Jilian’s work at Talent Path you are left with one thought – where to begin? Jilian is far more than a graphic designer. Her exposure to the business stretched across every facet of marketing and to name a few; design, website creation from conception through implementation, sales and executive collateral, leading the digital and social media experience and becoming the go-to person for every sales pitch. All this from a designer. Jilian is the brightest star, executive leader and elevates every situation. She was the backbone of the team and would exceed expectations in any situation."

How It Started
Image of previous Talent Path marketing collateral.
The year is 2020. If you’re in tech, you know there’s a giant talent shortage. (I did not know this.) But lucky us! Talent Path solves it.
The folks at Talent Path prepare new technology talent for today’s workforce by hiring, training, and mentoring these aspiring techies as they enter their careers. Meanwhile, it reduces training time, cost, and risk for employers. Incredible. What’s better? Talent Path actively recruits for ethnic minorities and women to help even the playing field. I'm in love. 💘
After two years of business, and a few months without an in-house designer (gasp!), Talent Path needed a stronger, united, and more modern look that reflected their innovative approach to developing new IT talent.
Launch in Three, Two, One…

My take on working at Talent Path:
Talent Path was incredibly fulfilling. I’d never heard of a company like it. I formed fantastic relationships with insanely sharp people. The start-up environment kept me learning new ways to digitally support the small and mighty team. I was able to collaborate with the new techies-in-training. And the initial rebrand was all in my hands—what a terrifying honor!
